LFS Connection Systems Ltd Brings the Revolutionary Kodi Klip Rebar Connection System to the UK
LFS Connection Systems Ltd are proud to announce the acquisition of Distribution Rights for Kodi Klip Connection Systems, directly from the Kodi Klip Corporation, Tennessee.
Following a very successful meeting in December 2010 with Jon Kodi, founder of Kodi Klip Corporation, LFS Connection Systems Ltd Directors, Brian & Stuart Jones are proud to announce that they have acquired sole distribution rights for the UK, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and plan to expand the sales of this revolutionary rebar connection system throughout Europe.
Kodi Klip is a rebar connector system that gives construction and precast industry a faster and safer way to make stable rebar connections. The product allows the user to meet more demanding construction and manufacturing standards when using Kodi Klip instead of tying wire permitting more connections to be made in less time. Kodi Klips make cross, parallel and vertical rebar connections with ease, providing the user with more stable connections that maintain their shape and simplify inspection and pouring concrete.
There has never been a faster way to connect rebar. Wire tying is a production bottleneck and the light-weight, high-powered application tool attaches Klips in milliseconds, eliminating costs that erode job profitability and make it harder to be competitive. Savings are made in time, manpower and reduction in injury claims caused by cuts, bending and repetitive motion. Additionally, costs can be cut by avoiding the expensive rebar grades and skilled labour needed to weld connections. The easily mastered application tool means time can be cut teaching workers how to weld or tie, cut and loop wire allowing unskilled labour to be used to make rebar connections whilst deploying skilled labour to where it's needed most.
Easily applied using the lightweight application tools that take minutes to master and make Klip application safe and simple. The patented Kodi Klip System eliminates the use of timeconsuming wire ties or expensive welds and is able to make the majority of the connections in a precast production process. Kodi Klips work well in flat and vertical applications as well as curved, round and cage work. Additionally, the system works on almost types of construction site and is ideal for high-density mats in bridges, roads or slabs. The secure four-way grip holds tight, eliminates racking and streamlines work flow whilst cages maintain their shape when free standing, removing the need for diagonal support bars and excessive wheel spacers. The Kodi Klip eliminates unwanted motion and grips the rebar tight, providing stronger grids, stable right angles and a more consistent layout which eases lifting and moving of rebar mats and structures without the need for re-tying after transport.
Jon Kodi, Founder of Kodi Klip Corporation, sums up his system as:
'Using wire when your competition is using the Kodi Klip System is like having your carpenters use hammers while competitors use nail guns. It's like hiring five guys to break concrete with sledgehammers when your competitors are hiring one guy with an air compressor and jack hammer who can finish the job in two hours. It puts you at a distinct disadvantage.'
Bob Maurer, Project Manager for DBA Construction Inc Arizona, gave the following testimonial in relation to a project completed using the Kodi Klip System for the reconstruction of an aircraft parking apron at the Coolidge Municipal Airport:
'Kodi Klip offered the perfect solution with their patented Kodi Klip polycarbonate rebar clips. Speed and efficiency were used to offset the cost of the clips versus traditional tie wire. Once approval was given by the engineer, DBA's rebar crew was given a quick lesson on proper clipping techniques. This was accomplished in less than 15 minutes. The crew then clipped together 317 mats and stacked them for use as required by the project schedule. Including the cost of the clips, rebar clipping and placement was done for 26 percent less than budgeted'
Michael A. Fitzpatrick, General Secretary for The International Association of Bridge, Structural, Ornamental and Reinforcing Iron Workers, wrote following a meeting with Jon Kodi of Kodi Klip Corporation and Local Union No. 405, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania:
'I would like to take this opportunity to officially endorse your product on behalf of this International Association and to state that this International is very excited to be on the cutting edge of this great product. This International also recognizes your product as an official tool of the trade to be utilized in the reinforcing aspect of the ironworking industry.'
Due to be launched in the early 2011, the Kodi Klip System stands on three basic principles, it is simply: Faster. Better. Safer.
